Cancellation and Refund

 

1.      Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing to uniquecreationandarts@gmail.com. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

 

2.      Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we identify any issues such as inaccuracies in pricing or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will be informed immediately, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

 

3.      Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt your order at uniquecreationandarts@gmail.com. Include photographs and all the other relevant information. We will arrange for a return and offer either a replacement or a refund, if your claim has been approved by the management.

 

4.      Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or altered.

 

5.      Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect items after the claim is verified. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. For international payments, the refund amount may vary due to currency fluctuations.

 

6.      Non-Refundable Items

Customized products and commissioned artwork are not eligible for refunds unless there is damage due to transit or an error on our part.
